Reconnect, Rejuvenate, and Revitalize with Brain Yoga in Nature

November 8-10, 2024

Join us for a transformative workshop in Mendocino County to improve well-being and vitality

Dates: November 8-10, 2024

Escape the hustle and reconnect with nature at our exclusive workshop, nestled in the heart of a permaculture farm in Mendocino County. For two nights and three days, immerse yourself in a sanctuary of serenity where the rhythm of life is governed by the sun, the soil, and the stars. This is more than a retreat—it’s an opportunity to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in one of Northern California’s most beautiful and sustainable environments.

WHY BRAIN YOGA?

Brain Yoga is a holistic approach that embraces innovative movement therapy and living practices to clean and revitalize organs and lead to the regeneration of health

As a movement practice, it incorporates the cutting-edge application of brain plasticity with the time-proven ancient practices to strengthen health viscerally, hormonally and posturally.

A fun and engaging method to increase body intelligence and overall well-being.

We will use elements of Feldenkrais, Pilates and Cortical Field Re-education to increase neurological intelligence, develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to therapeutic movement practices, our workshop will help you build a strong foundation to improve well-being at home. Brain Yoga emphasizes controlled, precise movements that engage your core muscles, improve posture, and enhance your overall well-being.
