If you are unable to come, you may transfer your full registration to someone else, use it as credit for a future workshop, or you can donate it to the scholar program

If you cancel your reservation:

• 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged a $50.00 Cancel Fee. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded.

• 7 to 29 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation total will be refunded.

• Less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire reservation total and there will be no refund.
