What to Expect

For Spring, rain gear , luscious flowering, and gushing creeks. We wake up the farm. Soil making. High potency medicinal plants.

For Summer, abundant food in our orchards and gardens. Perfect time for a cleanse program. A lot of farm and forest activity. Unbelievable night skies.

For Autumn, perfect temperature, some rain. We put the farm to sleep. Abundant medicinal berries in the forest and harvest from the farm.

For Winter, cool/cold temperature outdoor, wood stoves warming indoors. Abundant medicinal mushrooms in the forest. We will teach you how to make a fire for your wood-burning stove.

What to bring or leave behind
Protective outdoor clothing, long sleeves, long pants, good socks, and work gloves if desired. Sturdy hiking boots. Bring indoor socks to maintain clean floors.
A journal. Leave your old self—unhelpful habits.

Bring your toothbrush, comb, and scrub. We provide all soaps and cleaning solutions as we only use ingredients that will benefit the delicate biome of the forest and your body. Take all your trash with you. Leave the forest better than you found it.

For Spring, rain gear, layers for cool or warm weather. Water-proof hiking boots.

For Summer, hat, sunscreen, shorts, and cool clothing. Sandals and hiking boots. Lightweight long sleeves for mosquitos at night. A camera or stargazing tools. Work clothes if you wish to be active in the forest and the farm.

For Autumn, rain gear, layers for cool or warm weather. Water-proof hiking boots. Perfect time for introspection and self-examination.
